Hi, I'm Kris.

I started Klass AV Design because I got tired of watching churches and venues get sold gear they didn't need by people who disappeared after the install. I wanted to build something different - where the person who designs your system is the same person who shows up to tune it, and the same person you can still call two years later.

Every project starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. I come to your space, walk the room, and get to know how you actually use it before I recommend a single speaker. From there, I use the same design software and measurement tools the manufacturers rely on - so what you see on paper is what you get in the room.

Consultation

You can call, text, or email us to reach out and share what you're looking for. From there, we talk through initial options and set up a face-to-face meeting or site visit.

Site Visit

We get to know you and your space, sharing our own background in the industry to build trust and comfort. We gather everything needed to move forward - photos, measurements, budget, and timeline.

Design & Recommendation

Using tools like EASE Focus, we turn your room's measurements into a tailored solution, from a simple product recommendation to a full system design. We often present good/better/best options and consult with manufacturers to confirm the design will deliver.

Approval & Prep

Once you sign off on the contract and scope of work, we schedule the installation and order all necessary products and materials. Everything is lined up before work begins.

Install & Walkthrough

We keep you updated throughout the install, walking you through progress and any surprises along the way. When it's complete, we do a final walkthrough so you know exactly what you're getting.
